 Covid 19 Pawnbroking Loan Update notice 05/01/20

During the 3rd National lockdown, Please note that our stores are available for essential loans and click and collect by appointment only. Please contact the store if you wish to arrange an appointment. We are closing our Southampton store on a Wednesday whilst these restrictions are still in place. Any loans due on a Wednesday in our Southampton store will be held until the following day. All our stores will abide by new opening times of 10-4 Monday to Saturday and closed wednesdays.

During the Coronavirus crisis, if you are unable to redeem your Pawnbroking loan you may qualify for a payment freeze. If your Pawnbroking agreement has already expired or near to expiring and you think you may qualify and are interested in deferring your pawn contract for up to 6 months, please contact us as soon as possible for details.

Are you open?
Yes, for essential loans only and click and collect by appointment only. Our Southampton shop is closing on a Wednesday from the 6th January whilst the National lockdown restrictions are still in place. Please note that we are still limited to the number of customers we can have in the store at any one time so please be patient and you will be served in turn. Please maintain social distancing at all times even if asked to wait outside and remember a face covering must be worn and hands sanitized upon entry. All our stores will abide by new opening times of 10-4 Monday to Saturday and closed wednesdays.

Will I lose my items if I cannot get in?
No. You can call and pay any renewal or redemption fees over the phone with a debit card or via Bank Transfer. Please contact your local store for further details.

How Can I collect my items if I cannot get in?
As above you can pay the redemption fee for your goods over the phone or via Bank transfer. Your items will be kept secure and will be ready for collection once you are able to get in. Please contact your local store for further details.

Can I still lend or sell my items to raise cash?
Yes. You need to make an appointment with your nearest store. Please visit the “Our stores” section on the website to find your nearest store. You can also make appointments by contacting us on facebook.

Can I still buy from you?
Yes, you can buy online from our eBay store or you can call the store if there is something you wish to purchase and we can deliver to you (Postage fees may apply) or you can use our click and collect service. Please contact your local store for further details.
