Dear Customer,
Please read carefully so as to answer any questions you have in light of the current Corona Virus Crisis.

Are you open?
We are closed to the public however, we have staff in each store answering the phones and for the security of your valuables.

Are my items safe?
Yes. We will be manning every store for the foreseeable future. We have been in business for 25 years and we will be here in another 25. Your valuables and well being are important to us so don’t worry.

Will I lose my items if I cannot get in?
No. You can call and pay any renewal or redemption fees over the phone with a debit card. Please contact your local store for further details.

How will I collect my items when the store is closed.
As above you can pay the redemption fee for your goods over the phone. Your items will be kept secure and will be ready for collection once the lockdown has been lifted.

Can I still lend or sell my items to raise cash?
Yes, The government has lifted restrictions on this for an emergency loan. Please contact the store before coming in.

What if I want to buy something to help with boredom while staying at home?
Please contact the store and they can place items for sale online. Then we can get payment and send the product to you.

How will I know if things change?
Please check back here and we will use this page to update you on any changes.

Stay Safe and remember these measures are to stop the NHS being overrun so be kind and considerate to your fellow countrymen and colleagues and please remember our staff are coming in everyday to serve you by phone. Please be kind to them.
